Francie Brudner Kaplan's career includes 15 years of global marketing experience at Fortune 500 companies including Disney and Mattel. She has considerable expertise marketing to kids and young families across multiple product categories: Children's products, entertainment, home video, licensing, music, publishing and toys.

Prior to establishing her firm, Ms. Brudner Kaplan headed up marketing and product development at The Walt Disney Company for Baby Einstein, growing the brand 600% in 3 years to $175MM. Her leadership fostered the development of a successful licensed products business and new TV series, Little Einsteins, the most successful new preschool series launch in Disney Channel history.

Ms. Brudner Kaplan held various senior marketing positions at Mattel. She led the worldwide launch of Harry Potter toys and managed the company's biggest preschool franchise, Winnie-the-Pooh. She also managed relationships with the company's key licensors: Disney, Nickelodeon and Warner Brothers.

Ms. Brudner Kaplan;'s early work experience includes marketing and sales positions in giftware, collectibles and fashion at Royal Doulton and Hugo Boss. She holds a Bachelors Degree from the University of Michigan.
